Instructions

Brownie Batter

Mix hot water, brownie mix and oil on low speed for 1 minute.
Scrape bowl and mix for one more minute on low speed.

Crumb Topping

Mix together until crumbly, freeze.

Assembly

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a 7.25" Disposable baking tray, deposit 400g of brownie batter.
Top with 240g of Deli Citron.
Top with 240g of the crumb topping.
Bake for 40 minutes or until brownie is baked through.
