Brownie Batter
Tegral Cacao-Trace Clean Label Brownie Mix 1000g
Hot Water 230g
Oil 80g
Crumb Topping
Tegral Satin CL Crème Cake 1000g
Soft Butter 250g


Brownie Batter
  • Mix hot water, brownie mix and oil on low speed for 1 minute. 
  • Scrape bowl and mix for one more minute on low speed. 

Crumb Topping
  • Mix together until crumbly, freeze.

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a 7.25" Disposable baking tray, deposit 400g of brownie batter. 
  • Top with 240g of Deli Citron
  • Top with 240g of the crumb topping. 
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until brownie is baked through.
