Blueberry Yogurt Slice


Chocolate Cake
  • Put whole eggs in a mixing bowl. Add Tegral Satin CL Chocolate Creme Cake and mix 1 minute on low and 3 minutes on medium speed with the paddle. 
  • Add  the oil and the water and mix for 1 minute at low speed. 
  • Scrape the bottom and sides of mixing bowl and the paddle. 
  • Mix 3 minutes on low speed. 
  • Spread 1000g of batter onto a paper lined sheet pan. 
  • Once baked, cut sheets into 3 strips of 5 inches. 

Blueberry Mousse
  • Mix the yogurt together with the Vivafil Wild Blueberry and fold under the soft whipped heavy cream. 
  • Pipe the blueberry cream on the first strip of cake.
  • Cover with the second layer of cake.
  • Pipe other half of the cream and cover with last layer of cake.
  • Freeze to set. Wrap in plastic when freezing.
