Method

Blondies

In a mixing bowl with the paddle attachment, cream the butter, brown sugar, salt and vanilla for 3 minutes on medium speed.
Add the eggs bit by bit until incorporated.
Add the flour and baking powder followed by the chopped Belcolade Selection Amber Cacao-Trace 30% chocolate.
Spread into a half sheet tray and bake at 350°F in a deck oven for about 40 minutes.

Glaze

For the glaze, bring the heavy cream and Harmony Classic to a boil.
Pour over the Belcolade Selection Amber Cacao-Trace 30% and mix to emulsify.
Blend in the Miroir and spread a layer over the cooled blondies.
Drizzle with chocolate to decorate.
