Amber Blondies

Method

Blondies
  • In a mixing bowl with the paddle attachment, cream the butter, brown sugar, salt and vanilla for 3 minutes on medium speed. 
  •  Add the eggs bit by bit until incorporated. 
  • Add the flour and baking powder followed by the chopped Belcolade Selection Amber Cacao-Trace 30% chocolate.
  • Spread into a half sheet tray and bake at 350°F in a deck oven for about 40 minutes.
