Method

Vanilla Cake Batter
  • Mix eggs with Tegral Satin CL Creme Cake for 1 minute on low speed, then 3 minutes on medium speed with paddle attachment. 
  • Add oil and water and mix 1 minute on low speed, scrape and mix 3 minutes on low speed.

Chocolate Cake Batter
  • Mix eggs with Tegral Satin CL Chocolate Creme Cake for 1 minute on low speed, then 3 minutes on medium speed with the paddle attachment.
  • Add oil and water and mix 1 minute on low speed, scrape and mix 3 minutes on low speed. 

Assembly
  • Spread a layer of vanilla cake, freeze and with a flat pastry tip pip Cremfil Ultim Dark Chocolate on top. 
  • Finish with a layer of chocolate cake and bake all together in a deck oven at 325°F.
  • Let cook down and freeze. Cut cubes of frozen cake and enrobe in Carat Decorcrem following good handling practices. 
  • Roll in desiccated coconut.
