Brownie Melt - Puratos

Instructions

Add all liquids to Tegral CT CL Brownie while mixing.
Mix for 1 minute on low.
Scrape the bowl.
Mix for an additional 2 minutes on low.

Assembly

Scoop half of brownie batter into mold.
Top with Cremfil Ultim Dark Belgian Chocolate.
Scoop the remaining batter on top.
Pipe Cremfil Ultim Dark Chocolate on top of batter in desired decoration.
Bake in a Reel/Deck oven at 350°F, or in a Rack oven at 325°F for approximately 24 minutes.

Tips and Tricks

For a melted center, microwave brownies for 10 seconds before serving.
