Tegral Satin Gold CL Crème Cake 100g
Butter 250g
Rolled Oats 100g
Sunflower Seeds 50g
Pumpkin Seeds 50g
Flax Seeds 50g
Chia Seeds 25g

Instructions

Cake Mix
  1. Mix the Tegral Satin CL Gold Crème Cake, bread flour, and liquid whole eggs for 1 minute on low, then 3 minutes on medium speed.
  2. Add the oil and water, and mix on low speed for one minute.
  3. Scrape down the bowl, and then mix again on low speed for an additional 3 minutes.
  4. Add the Topfil Choice Cube Cut Apple and Softgrain Amber Grains CL and mix for 1 minute on low speed.

Streusel
  1. Mix crème cake with butter until a dough is formed. 
  2. Mix in all seeds and chill. 
  3. Push through a screen and freeze.

Baking
  1. Fill the muffin cup with the desired amount of batter. 
  2. Top each muffin with streusel. 
  3. Bake in a 356°F deck oven or 340°F rack oven.
