Instructions

Cake
  • With paddle attachment, mix eggs with Tegral Satin CL  Crème Cake for 1 min on low speed, then 3 min on medium speed.
  • Add oil & water and mix 1 min on low speed, then scrape & mix 3 min on low speed.

Filling

Assembly
  • Pipe 100g batter in small paper molds
  • Pipe 40g apple caramel filling in the middle.
  • Cover with 75g batter.
  • Finish with stripes of filling and almond shavings around the edges.
  • Bake in a reel oven at 365 F.
  • Apply Harmony Sublimo Glaze on top of apple cakes.
