Instructions

Cake
  • Mix eggs with Tegral Satin CL Gold Crème Cake for 1 min on low speed, then 3 min on medium speed.
  • Add oil & water
  • Mix 1 min on low speed, scrape & mix 3 min on low speed.

Assembly
  • Pipe a small amount of batter into greased bundt cake molds.
  • Pipe Topfil Plus Blueberry into the molds.
  • Scoop batter on top.
  • Bake in a reel oven at 365 F.
  • Melt Puratop Set N' Stay Icing to 145°F and apply on top of baked and cooled bundt caks.


Tips and Tricks

For variety: mix Topfil Plus Blueberry into the icing.
