Instructions

Cake

Mix eggs with Tegral Satin CL Crème Cake for 1 min on low speed, then 3 min on medium speed.
Add oil & water
Mix 1 min on low speed, scrape & mix 3 min on low speed.

Assembly

Pipe a small amount of batter into greased bundt cake molds.
Pipe Topfil Plus Blueberry into the molds.
Scoop batter on top.
Bake in a reel oven at 365 F.
Melt Puratop Extra-Stable White Icing to 145°F and apply on top of baked and cooled bundt caks.

Tips and Tricks

For variety: mix Topfil Plus Blueberry into the icing.
