Spooky Pies - Puratos

Method

Cake

Pour 550g of water into a mixing bowl. Add some orange food coloring to create the orange color.
Add cake mix to orange water.
Mix all ingredients with paddle for 5 minutes at medium speed.
Pipe the whoopie pies on a silicon sheet.
Add some hazelnut slices
Bake at 180°C for approximately 10 minutes.
Allow to cool down.

Filling

Cover 1 layer with Belcolade Ganache and Deli Caramel.
Assemble the whoopie pie.

Decoration

Dip 1 side in tempered Belcolade Noir Selection chocolate.
