Plant-Based Boston Créme Pie


  • Mix the cake mix, the oil and the water on low speed for 2 minutes. Scrape the mixing bowl and the paddle. Increase to medium speed and mix for three more minutes.
  • Deposit 400g into 7” round cake pans.
  • Bake at 365°F until baked through, about 22 minutes.
  • Level off the cakes, pour the Cremfil Bavarian over one layer, top with another layer.
  • Bring the coconut milk to a boil, pour over the chocolate and the glucose. Mix with a blender.
  • Pour over the top layer of cake.
