Process

Mix the Tegral WG AP CL Cookie Mix with the soft butter, molasses, and liquid whole eggs for 1 minute on low.
Check dough and if lumps of butter are still present mix for one more minute on low speed.
Add the dried apricots, dried cranberries, raisins, toasted slivered almonds, and Sapore Softgrain and mix for one minute on low speed.

Assembly

Scoop using a number 16 scoop (do not push cookie down).
Bake cookies for 12-15 minutes in a 330°F rack or convection oven.
