Cookie Dough
Tegral CL Wholegrain A/P Cookie 1000g
Soft Butter 350g
Liquid Whole Eggs 120g
Molasses 15g
Sliced Almonds- Toasted 75g
Dried Apricots- Diced 75g
Dried Cranberries 75g
Raisins 75g
Softgrain Amber Grain CL 200g

  • Mix the Tegral WG AP CL Cookie Mix with the soft butter, molasses, and liquid whole eggs for 2 minutes on low. 
  • Check for lumps of butter and if present, scrape down bowl and mix for 1 additional minute on low speed. 
  • Add all the inclusions and mix for 2 minutes on low speed. 
  • Portion the mix into desired size with a cookie scoop. 
  • Bake in a 325°F rack oven or double panned in a 350°F deck oven.
