Apple Chia Cake

Whole Eggs 350g
Water 225g
Oil 300g
Chia Spice 5g
Creme Cake
  • Mix all ingredients on low for 1 minute, scrape and then mix on medium  for 3 minutes. 
  • Pipe a small amount of batter in your desired mold. 
  • Pipe some Vivafil Apple and top with more batter.
  • Bake at 375°F in the reel over or 350°F in the deck oven.

Assembly
  • Once the cake is cooled,  freeze before molding. 
  • Unmold frozen cakes and top with Set N' Stay Vanilla and a dash of chia spice. 
  • Garnish as desired.
