Dulce de Leche Brownie

Ingredients
Tegral Cacao-Trace Clean Label Brownie Mix 1000g
Hot Water 230g
Oil 80g
Walnuts, toasted and chopped 200g
Deli Dulce De Leche 200g
Belcolade Ganache

Instructions

4. Ganache


Method
  • Mix brownie mix, water and oil for 1 minute on low speed, scrape the bowl, and mix again for 1 minute on low speed. 
  • Add walnuts to the mixture. 
  • Spread over 1/4 sheet tray and swirl in the Deli Dulce de Leche
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F. 
  • Top with Belcolade Ganache, dust with cocoa, cut into 3"x1" pieces and garnish with a walnut half.
