Melt the butter and Belcolade Papua New Guinea Chocolate. Whip the eggs and sugar till it holds a ribbon. Add the melted chocolate and mix well. Add the vanilla, flour, baking powder and salt. Then add the walnuts and chocolate chips.
Bake at 350°F for 8-12 minutes depending on size.
Once the cookies are cooled, you can dip them in tempered Belcolade Papua New Guinea Chocolate, sandwich them with your desired filling or enjoy as is.
