Deli Caramel is extremely versatile. You can easily add more sweet pleasure to your creations, as it may be used in sweet baked goods, cookies, and fine patisseries, as well as chocolate applications: as a filling, a flavor for mousses and creams, or mixed with glazes.
Deli Caramel can be used straight from the pail or blended as a filling or topping. Store in a dry place - max humidity 65% - between 5 and 25 °C. Seal the packaging properly after each use.
