This chocolate is sourced exclusively from Papua New Guinea. It features roasted flavors of coffee and hazelnut with notes of both fresh and dried fruit and underlying hints of black pepper and honey. It has a 73% cocoa content and is the result of our Cacao-Trace sustainable cocoa program.
