Papua New Guinea Chocolate Cookies

Butter 340g
Belcolade Origins Papua New Guinea Cacao-Trace 73% 1600g
Eggs 1300g
Sugar 1800g
Vanilla 15g
All Purpose Flour 400g
Baking Powder 16g
Salt 8g
Toasted Walnut pieces 450g


  • Melt the Belcolade Origins Papua New Guinea and butter. 
  • Whip eggs and sugar until light
  • Add the melted chocolate and mix well. 
  • Add the vanilla, flour, baking  powder and salt. 
  • Add  the walnuts and the chocolate chips.
  • Bake at 350°F about 12 minutes.
