Cookie Mix

Blend all ingredients together for one minute on low. Scrape the bowl and then blend again until fully incorporated.
Chill the dough and then sheet out to 3.75mm. Cut into desired size circles and freeze.
Bake at 345° F in a rack oven for 8-10 minutes.

Icing

Blend the Puratop Fluffy Vanilla Cake Frosting Plant-Based with desired Puratos Classic icing fruit.

Assembly

Pipe icing onto half of the cookies, top with remaining cookies to create a sandwich.
Melt the Puratos Carat Decorcrem and dip the cookies as desired.
Add freeze dried fruit powder to the Decorcrem to color and flavor it prior to dipping, if desired.
