Butter, softened 125g
Sesame seeds, toasted 70g

Method

Cherry Crumb Cake
  • Combine ingredients and mix for one minute on low speed and three minutes on medium speed. 
  • Use the number 30 scoop to porportion into rectangle silicon molds (Brookie).
  • Insert 15g Topfil Origins Michigan Cherries into the batter. 
  • Top with sesame streusel and bake 350°F for 18-22 minutes. 

Sesame Streusel
  • Mix the Tegral Satin CL Creme Cake with the butter and the toasted sesame seeds until crumbly texture. 
  • Spread on a tray and freeze until use.
