Plant-Based Apple Pie


  • Mix the dry ingredients together. On low speed cut in the vegan butter and vegetable shortening until crumbly. 
  • Add the ice water and mix until just combined. Let rest 1 hour. 
  • Sheet out to 4mm and cut into desired size to fill pie pan. 
  • Fill with Topfil Origins Washington Apples and bake in a 350°F deck oven until crust is golden brown.
