Peppermint Bark

Instructions

Method
  • Melt chocolate to 115-120°F and temper.

Assembly
  • Pour Chocolanté white into desired form. Pour Chocolanté Dark on top. 
  • Add a layer of peppermint pieces to top of chocolate and press down. 
  • Allow to harden completely. 
  • Once hardened, break into irregular pieces.
