Blueberry Crumb Bars


  • In a mixer with a paddle attachment, mix the margarine with the cake mix.

  • Press 2250g into a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. 
  • Top with Vivafil Wild Blueberry
  • Press the remaining cake mixture through a screen to create a crumbly texture and place on top of the Vivafil. 
  • Bake at 365°F for 45 minutes or until baked through.
