Spiced Ginger Cookie


  • Add Tegral Molasses Cookie mix, whole milk, butter and ground spices to bowl. 
  • Mix for 2 minutes at low speed and 2 minutes at medium speed.
  • Rest the dough for 30 minutes in the fridge until tempature is 70°F-75°F.
  • Scale dough into 30g.
  • Sheet dough to desired thickness & shape.
  • Bake at 330°F for 16 minutes.
  • Let the cookie cool down and decorate it using Carat Decorcrem to Carat Coverlux.
