Process

Using a whisk, mix all ingredients together for 1 minute on low speed.
Scrape the bowl.
Mix again for 12-15 minutes on second speed.
Scoop batter into a muffin tin until it is halfway full.
Drop a scoop of Deli Dulce de Leche onto the batter.
Top with the remaining batter.
Bake at 380°F for 8 minutes.
Add steam and drop to 340°F . Allow to bake for another 10-12 minutes.
