Tegral Satin Creme Cake 1000g
Liquid Whole Eggs 350g
Vegetable Oil 300g
Water 225g

Method

Batter
  • Mix the Tegral Satin CL Crème Cake with the liquid whole eggs and mix for 1 minute on low speed and 3 minutes on medium speed.
  • Add the water and oil; mix for 1 minute on low speed. 
  • Scrape down the bowl and paddle well. 
  • Mix for 3 additional minutes on low speed.

Assembly
  • Heat a Belgian waffle iron and use scoop #24 to prepare the waffles.
  • Coat with Carat Coverlux Dark 
  • Fill with Hazelnut Spread before coating.
