Method

Instructions

Assembly
  1. When dough is fully mixed, fold and let rest covered with plastic for 10 minutes, or scale into 54oz pieces and round into a ball for divider/rounder.
  2. Once rested, scale into 1.5oz pieces, round and place in small muffin tins.
  3. Place in proof box.
  4. After baking and cooling, cut diagonally from top to middle.
  5. Soak in symple syrup. Fill with Topfil Guava and drizzle coconut shavings on top.
