Instructions

Pie Dough
  • Mix all dry ingredients till blended evenly 4-6 minutes 
  • Add butter/shorting to dry ingredients 
  • Mix till incorporated +/- 4 minutes 
  • Add water mix +/- 2-3 minutes till dough forms 
  • Let rest 2-4 hours 
  • Form/press

Mocha Filling

Assembly
  • Blind baked pie shell
  • Add Cremfil Chocolate Bavarain bake 18-20 minutes
  • Deposit Ganache 36-38°C on bottom
  • Add filling, whipped topping, garnish with chocolate
