Strawberry Dragon Fruit Steam Cake Donut


Donut Method
  • Mix all the ingredients on low for 1 minute. Then mix on medium for 2 minutes. 
  • Let the batter set for 5 minutes. 
  • Deposit the batter into the pans - 50g per per steam donut. 
  • Steam the donuts for 5 minutes.

Coating Method
  • Heat the Decorcrem between 115-120⁰F. 
  • Mix in the dragon fruit powder.

Assembly Method
  • Dip the donuts and garnish.
