Base	Mix the Tegral Satin CL White Layer Cake with the first water on low for 1 minute then medium for 2 minutes. Add the second water and mix on low for 1 minute, scrape and mix on medium for 2 minutes. Add the last water and oil, and mix on low for 1 minute, scrape and mix on low for 2 minutes. Bake in silicone snack cake molds for about 14-16 minutes at 350F.
Coating	Heat icing between 110F-120F and add green coloring Dip the top of snack cakes into the icing to create a flat coating Add white icing to a piping bag and pipe desired designs.
