Peanut Cluster

Method
  • Toast the peanuts. 
  • Put the transfer sheet in the bottom of the mold. 
  • The peanuts should be slightly warm (80-90F) before mixing in the chocolate and cocoa puffs. Mix everything together. 
  • Scoop the mixture into the molds. Let set in the fridge with less than 60% humidity until the Chocolante sets.
