Instructions

Madeleine
  • Add the eggs, oil and water to the mixing bowl. Add then the Tegral Satin Crème Cake. 
  • Mix for 1 minute on low speed, scrap the bowl and then mix for 4 minutes on medium speed. 
  • Portion to desired mold. 
  • Deposit Vivafil Raspberry. 
  • Bake at 350°F for 18-22 minutes

Decorations
  • Heat Carat Coverlux White to 120°F. 
  • Add fat soluble color emulsify. 
  • Dip the madeleines on it.
