Chocolate Ganache Cupcakes

Method

Cake Batter Method
  • In a mixer with a paddle, blend water, oil and cake mix on low speed for 2 minutes. 
  • Scrape bowl and paddle, then mix for 3 minutes on medium speed. 
  • Scoop into cupcake tins.
  • Bake at 365°F for 22-25 minutes or until baked through.

Ganache Method
  • Whip the Belcolade NH Ganache and pipe on top of the cupcakes.
