Take a cut-out circle of the cake and pipe a layer (100g) of the Carat Decorcrem Dark Choco Cacao-Trace on it. Place a second layer of cake on top and spread a layer (100g) of the Carat Decorcrem Dark Choco Cacao-Trace. Add another layer of cake and cover the complete cake with a thin layer of Decorcrem and let set in the fridge. When the cake is set, cover the complete cake with the decorcrem and decorate with chocolate shavings.
