Apple Pie Dulce De Leche Waffle

Instructions

Waffle Method
  • Sift the flour and set it aside. 
  • Dislove the sugar in the water. 
  • Cream the butter and salt. 
  • Add the yolks and mix utill combined. 
  • Add 1/3 of the flour and mix utill combined. 
  • Add the rest of the flour, Softgrain Amber and the water sugar mixture. 
  • Sheet down to 3mm and chill the dough for 1 hour.
Assembly Method
  • Cut circles out of the dough to fit in your waffle iron (Small 15g each half dough,12g filling). 
  • Fill with Vivafil Apple(6g) and Deli Dulce de Leche(6g). 
  • Brush egg wash around the filling to seal the edges of the dough. 
  • Brush the outside of the dough with egg wash and coat in sanding sugar. 
  • Bake in the waffle iron for 6-8 minutes or until fully baked.
