A premium, bake stable filling made with Idared apples sourced from local farmers in Upstate New York, only 1 hour away from our production plant. The Idared apple is both sweetly tart and juicy and holds its  shape perfectly during baking. Developed in Idaho, it’s a cross between two old-time New York apples, Jonathan and Wagener, that were first grown in Penn Yan in 1791.
