Freeze Dried Passion Fruit A.N.
Freeze Dried Raspberry A.N.
Freeze Dried Yogurt A.N.

Method

Chocolate
  • Temper the chocolate and spread it out on guitar sheet in a 3mm thick frame. 
  • Remove the frame immediately garnish with decoration and put the chocolate bark on a tuilles form.

Decorations
  • Immediately decorate the bark with these decorations and leave the chocolate to crystalize. 
  • Remove the guitar sheet and pack the bark to avoid humidity absorption.
