1. Combine all ingredients in spiral mixer and mix for 5 minutes at low speed followed by 10 minutes at higher speed.
2. Allow dough to rest for 5 minutes.
3. Divide into 350g pieces. Round and allow dough to rest for 10 minutes.
4. Roll dough into rectangle shape. Spread strawberry filling onto dough. Roll into log.
5. Place log onto parchment-lined tray.
6. Proof for 1hr at 100°F and 85% humidity.
7. Spray with Sunset Glaze for better color.
8. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
9. After bread is cooled, garnish with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.
