Strawberry Mousse Verrine

Instructions

Cake Batter Method
  • Mix the Layer cake with the first water on low for 1 minute then medium for 2 minutes. 
  • Add the second water and oil and mix on low for 1 minute, scrape and mix on medium for 2 minutes. 
  • Add the last water and Classic Strawberry and mix on low for 1 minute, scrape and mix on low for 2 minutes. 
  • Spread in sheets.
  • Bake at 360° for 10-12 minutes.

Strawberry Mousse Method
  • Whip the One-step Mousse, Classic Strawberry and water on low for 1 minute. 
  • Scrape the bowl. 
  • Mix on high for 3 minutes. 
  • Pipe in your verrine.
