Eggs 350g
Oil 300g
Water 225g
Softgrain Amber Grain Clean Label 250g

Crumb Topping
Tegral Satin Creme Cake 100%
Butter 25%


Cake Batter
  • Mix all ingredients on low for 2 minute, scrape the bowl and then mix on medium for 3 minutes. 
  • Spread in a half sheet tray. 
  • Pipe the Vivafil Raspberry long way on the batter. 
  • Swirl in the Vivafil Raspberry
  • Top with a light layer of crumb topping. 
  • Bake at 375F in the reel oven or 350F in the Deck oven.

Crumb Topping
  • Mix Tegral Satin Creme Cake and butter together until a dough forms. 
  • Push dough through a glazing screen and spread evenly on a parchment lined sheet tray. 
  • Freeze until needed.
