Shortcrust Method
  • Mix the Tegral Satin CL Crème Cake with the liquid whole eggs for one minute on low speed. 
  • Chill dough until firm enough to sheet.
  • Sheet out dough to 5mm and cut to fit desired pan.

Streusel Method
  • Mix Tegral Satin CL Creme Cake and butter together until a dough forms. 
  • Push dough through a glazing screen and spread evenly on a parchment lined sheet tray. 
  • Freeze until needed.

  • Spread the Vivafil Raspberry over the shortcrust. 
  • Top with Streusel. 
  • Bake in a 350°F deck or 325°F rotating tray oven for 30-35 minutes until the streusel has browned.
