Mix for one additional minute
Pipe brownie batter into desired mold and bake at 350F
Once baked freeze and unmold
Enrobe in tempered chocolate (for a softer set you can add oil to the chocolate and dip the frozen brownie in this)
Decorate with desired finishing item such as toasted cocoa nibs
