Plant Based Mocha Brownie Bar

Working Method
  • Mix the brownie mix, Coffee Classic, hot water, and oil together for 1 minute on low speed and scrape down bowl
  • Mix for one additional minute
  • Pipe brownie batter into desired mold and bake at 350F
  • Once baked freeze and unmold
  • Enrobe in tempered chocolate (for a softer set you can add oil to the chocolate and dip the frozen brownie in this)
  • Decorate with desired finishing item such as toasted cocoa nibs
