Method
  • Mix goji berries with tapioca maltodextrin until evenly coated. Sift. 
  • Pan with Lait Venezuela 100°F until desired thickness.
  • Coat with colored blanc selection to desired thickness.
  • Coat with Master Coat GZ-F-400 three times.
  • Finish with Master Coat PO-TT 154A.
