Matcha and Brown Rice Tea Bark

Working Method
  • Slowly heat chocolate until 120 F. 
  • Fold matcha powder into chocolate until well incorporated. 
  • Using a palette knife spread chocolate over a half sheet pan that is layered with a guitar sheet. 
  • Generously sprinkle ginger, lemon and brown rice tea over chocolate before setting. 
  • Shock cool chocolate for best results.
