Working Method
  • Heat Carat Coverlux Dark to 45-48C 
  • Add popping candy deposit immediately into desired shape/size 
  • Sprinkle freeze dried fruit on top 
  • *Work fast to avoid popping candy to melt Shock cool immediately. This is necessary as the compound is warm and will continue to melt the popping candy
