Donut Cake

Flour 300g
Butter 220g
Vanilla 8g
Powder Sugar 125g
Vivafil Raspberry A.N.
Tegral Satin CL Crème Cake 1000g
Water 225g
Oil 300g
Eggs 350g
Vivafil Raspberry A.N.


  • Beat the butter, sugar and vanilla till it is light and fluffy. 
  • Add the flour till combined. 
  • Sheet the dough in between silpats to 3mm. 
  • Freeze the sheeted dough. 
  • Cut to fit your desired mold. 
  • Pipe Vivafil Raspberry in the center of the short crust. 
  • Then pipe the cake batter around the filling. 
  • Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes or until set.

  • Mix all Ingredients on low for 2 minutes, scrape and then mix on medium for 3 minutes. 
  • Pipe on top of your vegan short crust and around the Vivafil Raspberry filling. 
  • Bake at 350°F till the cake is set. 
  • Cool and glaze with Harmony Sublimo.
