Chocolate Halva

Working Method
  • Melt chocolate to 45C 
  • Cook sugar and water to 120C 
  • Add salt and spice to melted chocolate mix with tahini 
  • Slowly pour syrup over chocolate, combine well 
  • Deposit immediately into desired mold 
  • Allow to cool ambient
