Place bowl in microwave and set timer for one minute on full power.
Remove bowl from the microwave and stir with spatula.
Place bowl in microwave and set timer for one minute at 50% power.

Check temperature with thermometer. Thermometer should read 115-122°F.
Dip strawberry in Carat Coverlux.
Place dipped strawberry on parchment lined sheet tray and slide down to remove foot.
Place tray in cooler for 7-8 minutes, then remove.
