Method
  • Scoop the desired amount of Carat Coverlux into bowl. 
  • Place bowl in microwave and set timer for one minute on full power. 
  • Remove bowl from the microwave and stir with spatula. 
  • Place bowl in microwave and set timer for one minute at 50% power. 
  • Remove bowl from microwave and stir with spatula. 
  • Check temperature with thermometer. Thermometer should read 115-122°F. 
  • Dip strawberry in Carat Coverlux. 
  • Place dipped strawberry on parchment lined sheet tray and slide down to remove foot. 
  • Place tray in cooler for 7-8 minutes, then remove.
