Working Method
  • Insert desired pastry tip into pastry bag. Fill pastry bag with strawberry non-dairy topping. Pipe directly on top of cake. 
  • Decorate with Strawberry Topfil. 
  • Mix the layer cake with 1/3 water for 1 minute on low speed followed by 2 minutes on medium speed. 
  • Add an additional 1/3 water and oil. 
  • Mix for 1 minute on low speed, scrape bowl and follow by 2 minutes on medium speed. 
  • Add remaining water and mix for 1 minute on low speed, scrape bowl and 2 minutes on low speed. 
  • Portion out batter so it reaches halfway up the cupcake liner. 
  • Bake at 325 F for 22 minutes (temp and time may vary). 
  • Whip Ambiante to a medium peak and fold Strawberry Classic till incorporated. Use immediately.
