Sapore Traviata is a mild rye sourdough in powder form. With a typical fruity French flavor profile, it is perfect for rolls, kaisers, French breads, Italian style breads, multi-cereal and wholegrain breads. Sapore Traviata organic is also available.
Inspired by the French sourdough tradition, grapes were soaked in water and then mixed with flour to start the sourdough fermentation.
Fermented RYE flour, salt
Store in a dry place - max humidity 65% - between 4 and 25 °C. Do not stack pallets. Shelf-life: 12 months.
