Usage rate: Ready-to-use. Do not add water.
Application / Method: Stir gently with a spatula until obtaining the desired texture and apply on the top of your bavarois or mousse. For an easier application, the mousse has to be frozen before finishing. For a more sophisticated finishing, add Puratos Classic's, colors, flavors, etc.
